fileName: 開くファイルのパスとファイル名
warningList: 警告メッセージ

戻り値の型

Boolean：成功した場合は True、それ以外の場合は False

例外	説明
System.IO.FileNotFoundException	指定されたファイルが見つかりません。
System.ArgumentNullException	ファイル名が指定されていません（または指定されたファイル名がNull）。
System.ArgumentException	ファイル名が指定されていません（または指定されたファイル名が空）。
