GetViewportY メソッド

アクティブシートの指定したビューポート行の上座標を取得します。

ビューポート行のインデックスを表す Integer

解説

ビューポート行のインデックスは０から始まります。つまり、最初（一番上）のビューポート行のインデックスは０になります。

このメソッドを使用すると、アクティブシートにある特定のビューポートの特定の境界値を取得できます。
次の４つのメソッドは互いに併用することを目的として用意されています。

これらはFpSpreadクラスのGetViewportRectangleメソッドと同等です。
