１行おきに背景色を設定するなど、一定の行数おきに交互に外観を適用できます。

交互の行に外観を設定するには AlternatingRow クラスを使用して外観を設定します。そして、コントロールの AlternatingRows プロパティで交互の行のコレクションを参照し Add メソッドで追加します。
